The Range Resources Good Neighbors Fund was established in 2018 to support fire departments and emergency management services organizations in Range’s core operating area.
Range Resources is a leading U.S. independent oil and natural gas producer, with a division office in Southpointe. Range Resources’ philosophy is straightforward: to be good stewards for their shareholders, while doing the same thing for the environment and the communities in which they live and work. Their commitment to educating and training local first responders is just one example of their dedication to performing in a manner that reflects their own high expectations for community engagement and always meeting or going beyond regulatory requirements.
To date, the Range Resources Good Neighbors Fund has awarded over $960,000 to first responder organizations serving the region, enabling them to purchase vital breathing apparatus equipment, turnout gear, ballistic shields, thermal imaging cameras, video surveillance cameras, and rescue equipment for their departments.
Grant requests are typically accepted in the first quarter.
