Educational Scholarship Organization (ESO) Fund

Created by the Washington County Community Foundation as a pass-through fund to accept qualifying contributions from the Commonwealth's Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program, the ESO Fund awards scholarships to needy families for non-public kindergarten through grade 12 programs.
